ASD holds Meet and Greet for new superintendent

On Tuesday, May 22, the Ashdown School Board hosted a Meet and Greet Reception for new superintendent Casey Nichols and his wife, Megan. Members of the Ashdown community, district staff and students dropped in to visit and share in refreshments provided by the board. Office staff even presented Nichols with a purple polo.

“We feel so blessed to be welcomed by such an amazing community. I am honored to have the opportunity to work closely with the Ashdown staff, students, and community,” Nichols said.

Nichols will officially take over as Ashdown School District superintendent on July 1.
