Furlow seeks re-election

Bobby Furlow has announced his candidacy for re-election as Little River County District 9 Justice of the Peace.

“I want to thank the voters of District 9 for allowing me to serve as their Quorum Court member,” Furlow said. “It is an honor to be of benefit to all of Little River County as I take this responsibility very seriously.”

Furlow is currently the Budget Committee Chairman. He has served on the Jail Committee and for several years was the Little River County Representative in the Arkansas Association of County Government.

Furlow serves on the Rural Development Authority Board of Little River County, Ogden Volunteer Fire Department, Ogden United Methodist Church and a long-time member of Lions’ Club International.

He is married to Sandra Shackelford Furlow and resides in Odgen. He has two daughters, one son-in-law and two grandchildren.

The Primary will be held May 22 and the General Election will be Nov. 6.
